Clears and grubs, replaces/prepares soil for turf or bed areas, performs rough and fine grading, dig trenches as well as plating trees and shrubs, laying ground cover, installing turf, applying bark and cleaning up job site after completion of irrigation projects. Purchases parts required to repair, create, or renovate irrigation systems while maintaining accurate inventory and strict cost controls to ensure job performed within required financial requirements. Gather and update historical data for each account regarding waters sources, point of connection and mainline location, services performed, and parts installed. Activate and deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established schedules. Partners with customer by suggesting watering schedules and tactics to reduce water usage and costs, and proposes solutions during periods of droughts or water restrictions. Visits properties to evaluate all revenue generating opportunities and design enhancement/irrigation proposals based on finds. Increases market share by achieving enhancement sales goals, and proposal goals. LEADS Provides general direction to the HIM Document Imaging Technicians in the management of work processes Establishes staff schedules and monitors violations of the attendance policy Is expected to accept weekend on- call coverage on a rotating basis Assists HIM Document Imaging Manager in review and improvement of process and services Reports to the supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes, and individual and team training needs Coach, facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team Assists the HIM Document imaging Manager in capturing HIM document imaging staff productivity Assists in employee training and development Assists HSC Document Imaging Manager in Quality Control monitoring and reporting efforts Prepares medical record documents (e.g., remove staples, repair tears, remove duplicates, remove electronically fed documents, patient identifiers are present) prior to scanning, as designated in the HSC Policies and Procedures Identifies and scans documents according to policies and procedures Verify images are correct and legible when scanned into the imaging system Ensures each scanned document is associated to the appropriate patient and the document types are identified Promptly reports issues or trends to the HIM Document Imaging Manager. PREPPERS Ensure all discharged records are received for scanning Prepares medical record documents (e.g., remove staples, repair tears, remove duplicates, remove electronically fed documents, patient identifiers are present) prior to scanning, as designated in the HSC Policies and Procedures Identifies and scans documents according to policies and procedures Verify images are correct and legible when scanned into the imaging system Ensures each scanned document is associated to the appropriate patient and the document type and page number are identified Maintains productivity according to communicated standards at all times Participates at regular intervals in quality scanning audits as designated by management SCANNERS Identifies and scans documents according to policies and procedures Scanning: 5000 images/hour (2500 paper pages/hour) INDEXERS Ensures that all discharged records are received from the facilities for document imaging Prepares medical record documents prior to scanning, according to policies and procedures which includes, but is not limited to: Prepares medical record documents (e.g., remove staples, repair tears, remove duplicates, remove electronically fed documents, patient identifiers are present , appropriately placing leader sheets, placing like forms in reverse chronological order, ensure all documents belong to the same patient/account) prior to scanning, as designated in the HSC Policies and Procedures Indexes each medical record document in the HPF system which includes, but is not limited to: verifies that images are correct and legible ensures that each scanned document is associated to the appropriate patient, associated to the appropriate patient account and associated to the appropriate document type Scans documents according to policies and procedures on an "as-needed" basis as directed by the HIM Document Imaging Manager or their designee. Responsible for the accuracy of the legal medical record through the proper assignment of documents to the electronic record having a direct impact on patient care Maintains or exceeds established quality standards Maintains or exceeds the following productivity standards: Indexing: 1600 images/hour (800 paper pages/hour) Monitors imaging system daily for scanning errors and/or requests ALL POSITIONS Maintains or exceeds established quality and productivity standards.
